Local healthcare commissioner decides not to commission service following CLAHRC-NDL evaluation

An evaluation of a local primary care clinic has recently been completed by members of the Implementation theme, in partnership with NHS Nottinghamshire County.

CLAHRC Development Series

This series of events is intended to provide opportunities for development, learning and knowledge exchange across CLAHRC‐NDL.

Clinical Themes

We are engaging with our NHS partners to identify research priorities in the ongoing and often evolving activities of these organisations.

There are four clinical themes within the CLAHRC (children and young people, mental health, primary care and stroke rehabilitation) and four research projects within each theme.

Cross-Cutting Themes

The CLAHRC’s Cross-Cutting themes are undertaking a range of activities to support the translation of clinical evidence produced by the CLAHRC into routine practice across the CLAHRC’s NHS and local authority partners.

There are two cross-cutting themes within the CLAHRC (Implementation and Engagement, Synthesis & Dissemination) and both carry out a range of activities.

Diffusion Fellows

Diffusion Fellows are essential to the success of the CLAHRC-NDL. They provide a crucial role, linking the distinct worlds of research and practice.

Diffusion fellows are seconded for a day a week from our partner organisations, and carry out a variety of roles, doing research, acting as an ambassador for CLAHRC-NDL, as a capacity builder and as a change agent.
