Local news features Stroke Rehabilitation project

The Wii STAR (formerly the Upper Limb) study within our Stroke Rehabilitation theme has been featured on local news programme BBC East Midlands Today. The project, led by Professor Penny Standen, is evaluating the feasibility of using a modified Nintendo Wii system in the home to assist in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with residual upper limb problems.

The two minute report features an interview with CLAHRC-NDL Reseacher Andy Richardson:

Special thanks to Fred Higton for all his help and partaking in the projects development.
